Duties
• Ensures major mechanical and structural building systems are maintained.
• Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
• Develop and coordinate policy and guidance for all aspects of the Regional facilities SRM funding and execution.
• Establish project priorities regarding construction, maintenance, and repair of structures and mechanical and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement mechanisms to oversee and monitor Regional SRM program planning and execution, Custodial Program Management and Grounds Maintenance.
• Technical advisor on the full spectrum of Facility Operations (Maintenance and Repair, Custodial and Grounds Maintenance)
• Develop and administer annual budget for manpower, construction, maintenance and other facilities operations.
• Serves as a member of a technical evaluation team responsible for developing Contract Requirements Packages.
