Manager Resource Readiness

The Manager, Resource Readiness leads and manages the delivery of planning and coordination of rostering as well as resource readiness services to the region. The role is responsible for the provision of workforce planning, rostering and fleet and equipment planning and management services, programs and processes to enable the effective and efficient delivery of operational services.

The role provides a high level of support to regional management in delivering organisational reform outcomes; contributing to the future direction of the QAS and ensuring that quality, timely and appropriate pre-hospital care and transport services are provided to the Queensland community within the region.
