Qualification:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical)

- Fluently in English (spoken & written)

- Minimum 2 years production process experiences in Commercial Vehicles Assembly

- Have experience leading team members

- Technical Knowledge ( Mechanical and Electrical Engineering )

- TOS ( Truck Operation System ) and Lean Manufacturing

- Strong Leadership and Communication Skill

- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, SMK3 and Eco Industry

A. Production Program Fulfillment

- Volume ( Monthly Production Target )

- On Time Delivery ( No Production Output Delay )

B. Quality Target Fulfillment

- First Run Rate and Defect per Unit

- Production Audit

- Customer Product Audit

C. Budget and Investment

- Planning and Controlling Budget ( Investment and Overhead )

- DIP ( Damage in Production )/LIP ( Lost in Production )
