Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
• To organize Dealers Meet, and Architect Meet keeping in mind brand promotion
• To interact and motivate the team to achieve defined sales targets as per the Business Plan
• Organize and conduct team training as and when needed
• To keep self and team abreast with the recent changes being done in the Building industry
• To keep updated data of Senior High-end Dealers, Architect, Designer & Specifier
• To develop strong relations with High-end Dealers and senior Architect / Designers by personal visit, courtesy call, or one-to-one meetings at frequent intervals
• Experience in Product Placement, Business Development, and related groundwork
• Experience of doing market development and growth
• Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility
• Experience of exposure to concept selling rather than product selling
• Ability to procure leads and cues from everywhere possible
• Ability to establish and maintain a wide network of resources
