4- 8 Years Experience in role of Store/Admin at site level

Minimum Graduate
• Basic knowledge Of Computer Like Word & Excel.
• Basis Knowledge of Invoice Processing.
• Knowledge of Housekeeping Activities.
• Office , Store, Security , Housekeeping agreement Shop act License, Vendor Registration Creation
• Knowledge of New Vendors Developments for office related required materials. admin rel5- Proper Knowledge of Stores & Logistics.
• Basic Knowledge of Stores Like inbound & Outbound.
• Knowledge Regarding Physical Verification & Materials Reconciliation.
• Basic Knowledge regarding Warehouse Management.
• Knowledge of New Vendors Developments for office related required materials. admin rel5- Proper Knowledge of Stores Logistics.
• Train and Air Bookings, Hotel Stay Arrangement, Car Hire Pick and Drop arrangement, Accommodation arranging for other location staff
• AMC and Agreement processing
