About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a new addition to our team in the role of Service Delivery Line Manager. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting our sales services, whether directly or through the contributions of your unit. Your objective will be to fully understand and align with Ericsson's Service Delivery Processes, Models, Tools, and Strategies, ensuring all work is executed safely and according to Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Your responsibilities will cover both our internal workforce and Associate Resource Partners / Associate Service Partners.
