Sodalis Group, a leading Italian player in the Personal Care market, is looking for a BUSINESS CONTROLLER of the BU Export based in the Headquarter of Lodi Vecchio (LO). The candidate will report to head of controlling of the BU Personal Care Consumer with a dotted line to Director of BU Export.

AREAS OF DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY:
• Monthly closure with full P&L/BS/OCF reporting, analyzing the actual figures and deviation from the budget/forecast, providing relevant explanations and proposing corrective actions
• Budgeting and forecasting process, taking part in a proactive way in order to assess all different scenarios and providing financial support in cost saving and optimization projects
• Provide the analyses requested by the corporate functions aimed at supporting decision-making
• Business Analysis in order to monitor the Brand and Country Profitability, with a strong focus on Sales, Margins and Marketing spending
