Job Title: Special Measuring Application Engineer

Location: Grugliasco

Short Description: Person will report to Director Product Management sCMM Systems and will be part of Application Excellence team, the global reference team for Application Engineering within Hexagon MI for sCMM systems.

Responsibilities: The team will have three main areas to focus on, in priority order:

Development
• Develop and divulge within the organization cutting-edge Application-based expertise
• Be the official Application testing team for new products before their release to the market
• Develop task-specific software modules in coordination with Metrology Software BU

Research
• Anticipate or promptly react to the challenge of upcoming key applications by building expertise and solutions to be shared with the rest of the organization
• Explore innovative ways to exploit current systems, sensors and software components
• Explore new measuring and processing technologies
