As an Office 365 (O365) L2/L3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced-level technical support and expertise for Office 365 applications and services to ensure the efficient operation and optimal use of O365 tools within an organization. This role requires in-depth knowledge of O365 services, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
O365 Administration and Configuration:
Administer and configure Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and other O365 applications.
Implement and manage security policies, user permissions, and access controls.
Technical Support:
Provide advanced-level technical support to resolve complex issues related to O365 services, including email, collaboration, and productivity tools.
Investigate and troubleshoot escalated incidents and problems efficiently.
