As a HR Specialist (Classification), You Will
• Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for classifying position descriptions.
• Provide consultation and management services, which will aid in establishing and maintaining sound position structure.
• Conduct personnel/position management reviews which includes: conducting training sessions, special studies, and desk audits.
