Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rishikesh for a Guest Relation Assistant at The Hotel 7 Seas. The Guest Relation Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Guest Relation Assistant will also coordinate hotel services and amenities, handle reservations and bookings, and provide recommendations and assistance for local attractions and activities.
