Job Description:
• Lead the Sales & Marketing team to achieve branch sales targets
• Increase sales and optimize costs to meet sales & distribution operation profit targets
• Carrying out internal monitoring and visits to key customer accounts to obtain timely payments and reduce bad debts
• Increase the addition of new customers/new open outlets (NOO)
• Maintain the availability of goods in the warehouse
• Reduce stock of dead moving goods
• Increase the speed of delivery of goods to customers
• Fulfill key person requests
• Increase productivity
• Reduce employee turnover rates
• Increase the number of customer transactions

Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree from Engineering
• Have minimum of 3 years work experience in the same position
• Strong leadership, have good presentation skills
