We are Hiring Field Sales Officer ,Who will be responsible for finding potential customers for our company and starting new relationships with interested customers, thus expanding our customer base.

Job Description
• Hiring and training of competent advisors
• Lead generation proactive follow-ups on leads, convincing and conversion.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
• Good presentation and sales closing skills.
• Maintain daily reports.
• Should be able to work in a fast- paced target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented
