Ensuring Sales Target are met Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly

Setting sales targets for self and Sales Team

Developing sales strategies to achieve Targets set by the Organization

Guide and help Field sales Executives in Deal Closing and Customer Acquisition

Training of Sales Executives

Monitor Sales KPI's and ensure timely actions to correct the trend

• Proven experience in sales and team management

• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts
