IMC is looking for an ambitious leader who enjoys dealing with people in a fast-paced customer-facing environment in IMC Ballina.

Cinema experience is beneficial however not essential as full training will be given but previous experience would be beneficial. Proven leisure or retail management or supervisory experience would be an advantage. You must be hands on, able to manage a team and motivate them to provide a professional, high-quality and successful cinema experience to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the cinema operation including efficient day-to-day control of all cinema activities.

TYPICAL ORGANISATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Cinema managers are responsible for promoting effective visitor services, whilst ensuring business objectives are achieved. Typical work activities include:
