What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for maintaining the health and safety program and working with management, the safety committee and team leads to implement and coordinate safety compliance, training, and education. The Health and Safety Manager is responsible to ensure Winkler Co-op is meeting or exceeding safety standards and legal regulations and will play an integral part in Winkler Co-op’s enterprise risk strategy.

The Health and Safety Manager will live the Co-op brand and will provide health and safety leadership to the organization.
