Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning Support:
• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops to gather project requirements and objectives from stakeholders.
• Compile and organize project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and resource plans.

2. Scheduling and Coordination:
• Maintain project schedules and calendars, tracking milestones, deadlines, and tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to schedule project activities and resource allocations.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to project team members and stakeholders.
