WorkSet is searching for a Dispatch and Backfill technician in Germany,

1. Skill set: L1 Desktop Support, IMAC

2. Support model: Dispatch and Backfill technicians

3. Duration: 1 Year

4. Language: Native, C1/C2 language proficient

5. Daily rate: Good, but negotiable (please suggest)

6. Additional skills: Driver License, Car

7. Locations: Düsseldorf, Köln, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg

8. Scope of work:

• Image/re-image laptops and desktops

• Provision laptops and desktops for customer use

• Setup workstations and hardware peripherals at specified locations

• Reclaim hardware designated as returned or surplus from specified locations

• Troubleshoot and diagnose IT-related problems

• Analyse and perform repairs related to Mac systems,

• Install, configure, and fix macOS.
