We are looking for a Business Controller who will join our Finance Team in NEULIFT SpA (KONE SpA) - based in Pero (MI).

Main responsibilities & Key activities:
• Prepare business analysis to support area managers in identifying areas of risk and opportunity;
• Partnering with Business and Area leaders in order to challenge and understand business performance;
• Analyze the performance of specific lines of business highlighting critical points;
• Monitor the evolution of fixed costs and analyze deviations;
• Monitor the evolution of labor cost and analyze deviations;
• Preparation of monthly reports to support management;
• Monthly Closing;
• Budgeting Activities;
• Forecast Activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or equivalent;
• Proven experience in business controlling and accounting processes
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Compliance oriented;
