SECURITY ASSISTANT with Security Clearance

Duties
• Resolves a wide variety of complex security clearance problems that require choosing alternative responses through coordination with unit security managers, DoD Central Adjudication Facility, Defense Security Service (DSS), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), higher headquarters, etc.
• Assists in the overall management of the Information Security Program.
• Reviews, establishes, and maintains Security Information Files (SIFs).
• Assists in the administration of the Security Education and Training Program for information, personnel, and industrial security programs.
• Performs administrative office support functions and maintains cooperative working relationships with unit security managers, supervisors, operating officials, and unit commanders. Requirements Conditions of Employment
