Working within the Transformation & Delivery team, this role will see you being a key stakeholder in various change management projects across the organisation. You will:

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify change needs and articulate the rationale for change.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and communication materials.
• Lead change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising disruption.
• Foster a change-ready culture by providing guidance, coaching, and support to teams.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Champion best practices in change management, staying abreast of industry trends and methodologies.
