Purpose Of The Role

The role holder is responsible for heading the spares and warranty vertical under the Customer Excellence department. Ensure inventory management and availability of all parts in given time. Ensure adherence to the warranty rules to foster business development.

Key Responsibilities & Accountable: (KRA)
• Exposure in After sales warehouse handling
• Good grasp of Inventory (both Altigreen and Dealer warehouse) and dealer order management
• Good grasp of LM rules / implementation
• Strong background of Dealer parts operations management
