Primary Purpose

Coordinates and supervises the installation, replacement, repair and maintenance of water distribution, sewer collection utilities and water treatment processes in the City Wells.

Supervision

Under the direct supervision of the assigned Project Supervisor and general supervision of the Assistant Operations Manager.
• Plans, coordinates, and performs construction and maintenance activities, including I & I reduction, emergency repairs on utility systems, and others as assigned.
• Assists in controlling expenditure of budgeted funds and recommends specifications for major equipment and material purchase.
• Exercises supplemental authority over all system functions and personnel in accordance with approved policy and procedure in the absence of Supervisors.
