What we are looking for

NRC is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Country Director to join the Chad mission. The role holder will actively develop NRC's country strategy, identify and attract a diverse funding portfolio, and further establish NRC as a credible and professional international humanitarian organisation in Chad.

If you are an action-oriented, execution-driven seasoned leader; with a track record of developing and integrating distinctive strategies; as well as strong coordination, networking, and stakeholder management skills; the ability to build constructive relationships with external parties; and has successful experience in building and leading collaborative, engaging, and effective teams; then this is the role for you!
