Job Summary

As a prep cook, you create an exceptional experience for every customer by preparing top quality food. You are passionate about food and understand the importance of every ingredient in a menu item. You read, understand and execute the written recipes for the restaurant. You are responsible for a designated prep list and will prioritize replenishing food for the team. You are efficient and always support the line by your speed of service. You care about people, and model our core values.

An employee in this position can expect an hourly rate starting at $15.00.

What You Do
• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality procedures.
• Control prep levels based on volume of guests to ensure freshness.
• Store and label prepared food and product safely and accurately.
• Regularly use kitchen equipment including but not limited to slicer, food processor, oven, steamer, mixer, flat top, fryer, toaster, dish machine, trash compactor.
