Administrator, George - Western Cape Job Purpose

To support administrative functions for the Garden Route and Cape Town Admin & Finance Department and associated personnel.

Responsibilities
• Manage reception, coordinate office tasks and ensure office operations run smoothly.
• Maintain office supplies, corporate apparel and marketing materials, handle ordering and monthly reconciliations.
• Process Petty Cash, update reconciliation and submit reports to Cape Town Finance Department.
• Assist Trust Account Support Professional with documentation for daily payments and correspondence.
• Handle daily reporting and reconciliation of payments to Cape Town Finance Department.
• Support Traders with administrative tasks, including stock checks and documentation.
• Manage switchboard and assist with HR tasks when needed.

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Secretarial or Office Administration qualification preferred.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
