Are you a dedicated, customer focused Scheduler, looking for a new challenge in a growing global organisation?

We are looking for a Scheduler, who will join the team in Stellenbosch, South Africa in a hybrid capacity (split of working in the office and from home). You will provide administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers, ensure quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.

Tasks
• Work closely with key accounts, clients, and auditors to ensure that all audits are scheduled efficiently and effectively. Meaning that travel and auditor fatigue are minimized.
• Work closely with colleagues to determine auditor resource needs.
• Maintain and update databases.
• Make flight and car rental bookings through travel agent.
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached.
