A) Responsibility 1. Assist Head of Department (HOD) in site office administration and documentation. 2. Ensure all documents are recorded and filed properly. 3. Count and record store inventory. 4. Pass necessary tools to workers. 5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store. 6. Any other duties assigned by Site Manager. B) Requirements 1. Good in organization and detailed-oriented. 2. Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications. 3. Able to meet work deadline. 4. Willing to stay in hostel at Mining Site. C) Benefits 1. Monthly Allowance 2. Meal & Hostel Provided
