This Senior position reports directly to the Company Controller whose based in our head office in Vancouver, BC Canada.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and control all accounting operations: billing, accounting records, inventory records, etc.
• Build and coordinate the control of budgets and financial forecasts
• Management of accounts receivable and payable.
• Control bank accounts and credit cards.
• Revise employees’ payrolls to verify that they are correct in terms of withholdings.
• Prepare, consolidate and publish Financial Statements at the end of each month
• Create, document and manage the company's internal control policies.
• Build and present financial reports to the corporate.
• Coordinate with the accountants the delivery of all state and municipal tax forms on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Constant communication with the corporate and other managers in order to formulate the company's financial strategy.
