Qualification: Graduate/MBA Essential MBA / Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management (2 year's Full Time) from recognized Institute Desirable - Degree / Diploma /Certificate -in Training & Development , HRIS

Experience

Essential - Candidate should have 3+ years practical exposure to drive various HR drives like Manpower Planning & budget, Org Structure & JD, TA, Onboarding, PMS, T&D, Emp.
