As a Cashier, you play a fundamental role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. You are responsible for accurately processing payments, handling cash, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Customer Service : Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and providing information about promotions or store policies.
• Cash Handling : Process cash, credit card, debit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently. Count cash in the register at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure the correct amount.
• Transaction Processing : Scan merchandise, enter prices, and calculate totals using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Verify prices and quantities of items to ensure accuracy.
