• Core accounting functions
• Knowledge in preparation of live stock PNL
• Prepare AP/AR forecast reports
• Responsible for timely payment of suppliers
• Manage and Maintain cash flow
• Attention to details
• Prepare and submit necessary documents to bank for invoicing facility and track it
• Maintain the vendors/suppliers relation in terms of AP. Arrange meeting to solve any
• pressing issues.
• Responsible for Monthly PNL amp; update Dash Boards
• Go to bank or other locations if necessary
• Preparation of incentives report .
• Daily monitoring progress of Live stocks
• Monitor Returns /Expiry and spoilage as per and remind Operation for necessary action.
• Maintain petty cash and Claims.
• Such other duties assigned by Line Manager from time to time.
• Able to work in Farm environment
• QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in commerce/CA inter
• Well verse knowledge in excel and power point skills
• Proficiency in accounting software such as ERP/Tally
• Excellent analytical skills .
