Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Personal Assistant at Mr Mashobane. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance and support to Rapelang Mashobane. Your day-to-day tasks may include managing the my diary, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling communication and correspondence, and performing general clerical duties. This is a hybrid role, which means that it is primarily located in Maseru but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in diary management and scheduling
• Excellent clerical skills, including organizing and managing documents

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
• Experience in a similar role or industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
