LekkiREPORTING TO: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
• Order office supplies and provide inventory control system.
• organizing and assisting associates to optimize processes.
• Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages.
• Ensure that all offices, entrances, and rooms are clean daily.
• Perform receptionist duties when needed.
• Dusting of furniture carefully and properly.
• Preparation and serving of refreshments as when there are visitors.
Qualifications
• 1 year experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adhere to the company's set standards.
