Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting device concerns on the line.

Communication and coordination for support in case the concern is not

addressed locally.

Handling any technical queries from VECV First level.

Analyse RCA and prepare CAPA to implement at line.

Preparing Technical reports for any failure.

Participate in any Joint Investigation called for by VECV actively and

update iTriangle / Zeliot HQ on the findings .

Assist in analyzing any incoming part technical concerns & coordinate for

resolution.

Assistance in any New product introduction.

Requirements:

Technical Diagnosing skills.

Communication skills in English & Hindi (Both verbal & written).

Problem solving & Analytical skills.

Report preparation.
