| Your challenges?
Reporting to the HR & Office management team lead, you are responsible for office management, facility and daily operations at our office in Zaventem.
| Your tasks (but not limited)?
• Facility management
• Mail processing
• Phone answering/visitor assistance
• Catering coordination (Thursday afternoon snacks, fruit basket, events,...)
• Kitchen maintenance
• Stock management and ordering
• Technical issue support
• Office supplies procurement
• Cleaning team coordination & management
• Office reservations management
• Repairs follow-up and tracking
• Supplier meetings (optimalisation, comparison & follow-up)
• Reception management
• Event organization
