The applicant must have graduated from an accredited legal administrative assistant program and has one year of legal assistance experience in a law firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting/revising/ proof-reading pleadings and documents; preparing and coordinating for hearings and trials; conducting online legal searches and working directly with lawyers on all file matters.

You will be responsible for conduct of client files from start to finish with little supervision and must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
