Our client is an electricity supplier based in the Baden- Wuerttemberg region. They have an exciting opportunity available in their Legal and Governance Department. The Department covers a variety of legal challenges: ranging from public planning and real estate law, to contract and procurement law, and currently they are seeking a commercial lawyer to help across a wide range of topics.

The role encompasses:
• Serving as the primary liaison for all legal matters, overseeing compliance, data protection, and internal controls.
• Providing guidance on legal frameworks, internal protocols, and governance, ensuring their adherence.
• Offering counsel on civil and contractual law, including procurement
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for significant infrastructure endeavours.
• Assessing legal and financial risks and furnishing recommendations for decision-making.
