Primary Job Purpose:

To direct the development and delivery of comprehensive Human Resource products, services, policies and programs, building consultative and collaborative relationships for the effective management and utilization of human resources across the entire organization.

Main Functions/Responsibilities:

Review and update of the Organizations’ policies and process; enforce Company policies and procedures

Develop the HR portfolio of strategies, plans and initiatives designed to deliver the Corporate Strategic Objectives

Develop budget for the HR Department

Develop the Manpower Plan for recruiting, placement and internal movement of human resources

Determine the Recruitment and Selection methods and approaches to be used for positions internally and/or externally

Determine the Training and Development Programs/Portfolio designed to maintain professional and technical development and to promote employee career and personal development
