Key responsibilities:
• Give business demos to small businesses online on Google Meet/Zoom, etc.
• Call and identify potential customers from leads and do regular follow-ups.
• Work on customer onboarding & account and relationship management.
• Maintain records of all sales, customer feedback & queries, etc.
• Create marketing strategies and campaigns to improve sales.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
