Job Description

Quantyx, leading risk management and valuation consultancy for alternative investment management companies, is looking for an Analyst to join its Real Estate Team, which currently counts 15 people.

The Real Estate Team is responsible for carrying out financial and business analyses of investments in the Italian and foreign Real Estate Market carried out by Alternative Investment Funds. The candidate will support the Team in the various ordinary activities. Specifically, the candidate will be involved in the following tasks:
• analysis and measurement of portfolio risk-performance profiles;
• analysis of the operational risks of Alternative Investment Funds;
• analysis of Business Plans, investments and disinvestments of the Funds;
• evaluation of Real Estate assets.

Requirements

The position is targeted at MSCs students and recent graduates of the master degrees.
