This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Receptionist at Assam Hotel located in Kenitra. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling phone calls and emails, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Receptionist will also handle check-ins and check-outs, manage guest requests and inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
