Job profile

· Manage the loyalty programs set for existing customers and to attract new customers

· Develop new initiatives for retention of the existing customers

· Co-ordinate with the Marketing / Internal Audit teams to implement the loyalty and retention platform which monitor the behavior of all the existing customers

· Manage and enhance the company reward program to achieve the set target

· Act as the change agent to provide customer care trainings for the sales staff in retail showrooms

· Resolve customer related issues/ complaints timely and effective manner

· Clarifying queries on a timely basis to satisfy and retaining our key customers whilst providing a customized and exclusive level of service

Candidate Profile

· Professional qualifications in Sales/ Marketing or Business Administration

· Excellent command o the English Language and good communication skills
