Position Highlights :
• Number of beds on unit : 18-20
• Patient population (age, diagnosis, specifics about unit) : Geriatric; majority of patients are 55 years or older; stroke, CHF, COPD, frequent falls, metabolic encephalopathy, dialysis, amputation, generalized weakness, traumatic brain injury (TBI), hip / knee / spine surgical patients;

Patients have a minimum of 3 hours of therapy / 5 days a week.
• Nurse to Patient ratio : 1 : 5 on day shift; 1 : 6-7 on night shift
• Department culture and resources : Rehab specific providers, therapy team-physical, occupational, and speech
• Frequent nursing skills / equipment used : G-tube; IV medication; Wounds-dressing change; Chest tube-monitor; Lift equipment

o Full-time : $4000 / calendar year

o Part-time : $2000 / calendar year
