1. Meets monthly set branch Loan application Sales targets by promoting Credit Loans and assisting customers.

2. Meets monthly set branch Collections targets, by actioning company procedures and instructions for collections, and following up on collections of customers loan instalments.

3. Accurately updates and maintains records, and branch housekeeping standards in a tidy and timely manner.

4. Responsible for recruitment, selection, induction, training, performance management, coaching and adherence to all relevant branch staff SOP’s.

Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
