Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Farm Manager at Steve-Bianca Global Farms located in Asaba. As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm, including managing farm staff, planning and implementing farm activities, monitoring crop and livestock production, and ensuring the farm operates efficiently and profitably.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in farm management or a related field
• Knowledge of agricultural practices, crop and livestock production, and farm equipment
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of environmental sustainability and conservation practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
