Job type- Full time (Entry level)

Work timings- US Shift (7:00 PM- 4:00 AM)

Location- Ranchi (On-site)

Responsibilities:

 Filling positions within an organization.

 Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.

 Screen incoming resumes.

 Interviewing candidates.

 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

 Developing own network of suitable candidates.

 Mailing Daily reports to team leaders.

 Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

 Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

 Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

Requirements:

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Must be familiar with MS Office.
