Purpose Of The Job

Experts in car servicing and repairs, our client is part of a successful group of Car Service Centres located throughout South Africa. They currently require an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for a stable working environment and is not a job hopper!

The job will entail greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and telephonically, liaising with possible client and ensuring the company secures the business, quotations, continual follow-up on the progress of the repairs, production planning with workshop foreman, informing the customers continually of progress status.
