Position: Farm Manager ????

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced manager for our pig farm, who will be responsible for managing the breeding of 2300 breeding sows with piglet rearing. This managerial position includes full responsibility for the daily operation of the farm, ensuring the health and well-being of the animals ????, as well as managing a team of approximately 12 people.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily management of the farm ????.

• Ensuring compliance with all animal regulations and standards ????.

• Staff management and training ????.

• Cooperation with veterinary services and other external partners ????.

Candidate Requirements:

• A higher education degree in the relevant field is required ????.

• Approx. 10 years of professional experience in pig breeding.
