About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, with a keen focus on the German tender market and reimbursement procedures.

Qualifications
• Education: Graduation in Business Management or pharmacy is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a Post-Graduation in Business management.
• 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales within the European pharmaceutical critical care sector
• Proven track record of success in participating in tenders within the German market besides other European states.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment, market dynamics, and customer needs specific to the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
